Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a session?

Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen. Fill in the sport, date, location, and any other details, then tap Create. Your session will be visible to other users immediately.

How do I join a session?

Browse sessions on the Dashboard or open a session link shared by a friend. Tap Join (or scan the QR code) and select your RSVP status — Yes, Maybe, or No.

How do I cancel or delete a session I created?

Open the session, tap the menu icon (top right), and select Cancel session. Participants will be notified automatically.

How do I report a bug or inappropriate content?

Send an email to support@squadsport.app with a short description of the issue. Screenshots are welcome and help us investigate faster.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account. This action is permanent and will remove all your data from Squad. If you need help, contact us at support@squadsport.app.
